IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our Thawte certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.

Older / obsolete vintage browser versions [ ie: Netscape - Version 3.0 ] do not comply with the most recent secure certificate issuing organizations. Users of these early browser versions may receive an alert indicating that the certificate is outdated. This is not true. Upgrade your browser by clicking the Thawte icon to resolve these issues.

ORDER STATUS:

CANCELING AN ORDER:

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by e-mailing us at onmouseover="window.status='E-mail'; return true">info @ trucknstuffinc.com. Or by Tel: 918-663-8847.

Shipping:

TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com ships via UPS and USPS. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose "one day," "two day" or "ground" for all continental United States addresses. In addition, you may choose either of our two carriers by noting such in the "Comments" section of the Order Form. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipments to military bases.

Our Shipping Rates

Payment:

TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.

Sales Tax:

There is a 7.917% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Oklahoma.

OUR POLICIES

ORDERS POLICY:

The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com's acceptance of the order. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.

Return Policy:

No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY:

All personal information is for our own use, to help us better service our customers. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com does not release any customer information to any other party.

E-Mail Lists:

Anyone may subscribe to our mailing list by either purchasing an item, or requesting subscription via email. TRUCKnSTUFFinc.com will occasionally send e-mail to our customers to inform them of sales, special offers or other relevant news concerning our website. We do not send unsolicited "spam" mail to anyone on our customer list. Anyone may unsubscribe to this list by using the "unsubscribe" option at the opt-in list signup location, or by clicking the opt-out link on the foooter of one of the mailings.
